Green Power Smoothie

Description: The perfect green smoothie is simple, seriously healthy, and contains 6 servings of fruits and vegetables.

Ingredients: 
 

  • ½ large cucumber

  • 1 handful fresh spinach

  • 1 celery stick

  • 1 green apple

  • 1 banana 

  • 1 pear

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • ¾ cup water

Directions: 
 

  1. Wash the kale, celery, apple, pear, cucumber and spinach. 
     

  2. Chop vegetables into 2 inch pieces and remove any hard stalks.
     

  3. Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
