2 tbsp organic peanut butter

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1 cup plant-based milk

6 ice cubes

1-2 dates to sweeten (optional)
Directions:

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk if thinner consistency is desired.
