3 Ingredient Gluten Free Pancakes

1 cup instant oats
3/4 cups oat milk or soy milk
1. Grind the oats in a food processor or blender.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
3. Measure 1/4 cup of batter and pour carefully onto a non-stick skillet. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
