Mango-hemp Dressing

Description: Mango lovers rejoice! This sweet and satisfying dressing brings a new twist to mundane salads.

What you'll need: 
 

  • 1/2 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1/2 clove garlic

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup water 

  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

  • 1/2 tsp Agave nectar (optional)

How to make it: 

  1. In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth.
     

  2. Taste and add additional water to thin as desired
     

  3. Add agave nectar to sweeten if needed.
