  • 1 cup plant-based milk

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 cup frozen berries

  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

  • ¼ cup oatmeal

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Directions: 

1. Blend ingredients together until smooth.
