Ingredients: ​​​

  • 2 frozen bananas

​Add to bender choice of: any type of fruit (frozen works best), walnuts, nut butter, cocoa powder, coconut, matcha powder, mint, etc. 

Choice of toppings (optional): hempseeds, cashews, granola, mangos or any type of fruit, chocolate knibs, toasted coconut, cocoa powder, almond slices


  1. Let bananas defrost for 20 minutes.

  2. In a food processor, blend bananas with choice of add-in. 

  3. Add choice of toppings.
