Lemon Tahini Dressing
Description: This classic dressing is super adaptable. Spoon it over salads, cooked vegetables, or sweet potatoes.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup tahini

2 tsp lemon juice

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp coconut liquid aminos

1 tbsp nutritional yeast
-
1/4 cup water to thin
Directions:

Pour all ingredients into a small bowl or jar.

Whisk together until smooth.

If the tahini flavor is too strong for your taste, add a tspn of agave nectar.
