Lemon Tahini Dressing

Description: This classic dressing is super adaptable. Spoon it ​over salads, cooked vegetables, or sweet potatoes.

  • 1/4 cup tahini 

  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp coconut liquid aminos

  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1/4 cup water to thin

Directions: ​​

  1. Pour all ingredients into a small bowl or jar.

  2. Whisk together until smooth.

  3. If the tahini flavor is too strong for your taste, add a tspn of agave nectar.
