Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup soaked cashews

1 tsp lemon juice

1 small clove garlic

1 tsp miso paste (white, yellow, or chickpea)

2 tbsp cup fresh chives

1 tbsp fresh dill
-
1 tbsp fresh tarragon

salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Soak cashews in cold water for 4 hours.

Combine the non-dairy milk and apple cider vinegar in a cup or small bowl. Stir and let rest for 5 minutes.
