Green Goddess Dressing

Description: A plant-based version of a popular recipe, the green goddess dressing is loaded with fresh herbs and flavor.

Ingredients: ​​
 

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 cup soaked cashews

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 small clove garlic

  • 1 tsp miso paste (white, yellow, or chickpea)

  • 2 tbsp cup fresh chives

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill 

  • 1 tbsp fresh tarragon

  • salt and pepper to taste
     

Directions: ​​

  1. Soak cashews in cold water for 4 hours. 
     

  2. Combine the non-dairy milk and apple cider vinegar in a cup or small bowl. Stir and let rest for 5 minutes.
     

  3. Combine non-dairy milk and apple cider vinegar with remaining ingredients and blend in food processor until smooth.
