Creamy Cashew Caesar Salad Dressing
Description: This plant-based caesar dressing has a cashew base, making for a thick and creamy texture with no animal products added.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup soaked cashews

1/4 cup water

3 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

1 tbsp dijon mustard

2 teaspoons capers
-
1 clove garlic

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Soak cashews for 4 hours in cold water.

Add cashews to a blender along with remaining ingredients.

Blend until smooth and creamy.
