Creamy Cashew Caesar Salad Dressing

Description: This plant-based caesar dressing has a cashew base, making for a thick and creamy texture with no animal products added.

Ingredients: ​​

  • 1/2 cup soaked cashews 

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 2 teaspoons capers

  • 1 clove garlic

  • Salt and pepper to taste
     

Directions: ​​​​

  1. Soak cashews for 4 hours in cold water. 

  2. Add cashews to a blender along with remaining ingredients. 
     

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
