Hello! My name is Iraina Rosenthal-Tawil.

I'm a registered dietitian specializing in the prevention and reversal of chronic health conditions. My approach to healing is simple: consume nutrient-dense, whole, plant foods.

In the years I've spent working in the health and wellness space, I witnessed patients with chronic issues try dangerous diets, pills, and quick-fixes. None of these approaches worked. At best, disease progression slowed down. At worst, their health degraded even more.


Witnessing so many people struggle to manage their health condition without relief was devastating. So, I took a deep dive into the scientific literature to investigate which type of eating style could improve these conditions. The research was clear; no other diet or pill compared to healing power of a plant-based diet. The answer was not another pill, it was plants. ​

Years later, I've helped hundreds of people improve and even reverse their condition with the power of plant-based nutrition.  I've witnessed my clients attain sustained weight loss, reduce cholesterol, achieve diabetic remission and improve chronic gastric issues. A plant-based diet is for everyone, and I'm happy to guide people down that path.
